Kareem was born and raised in Trent. NJ and started his culinary track at a large national food chain at the tender age of 15. His love for the industry compelled him to enroll and graduate from Culinary School in Trent. Kareem moved Birmingham, AL to be closer to family prior to coming to Montgomery over a decade ago. Kareem rose through the ranks starting as a line cook and dishwasher to corporate trainer to managing the banquets for large service hotels. He loves the thrill of the fast pace environment and attention to detail involved with creating, preparing and executing banquet menus.

Kareem is responsible for servicing all private event menu requests. He works closely with Central’s Events Department to develop and execute unique menu items designed to elevate the standard on banquet food expectations. You can follow Kareem on Facebook: BanquetChefKareemWade
